[FEATURE] Option to delete Roaming Data when uninstalling HO

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When uninstalling HO, the roaming data folder still exists. This can be usefull in the event that you are downloading a new HO version and you want the old imported old data to be included in the new version. But if you want to do a clean install, because of previous errors for example, you have to manually find out that you need to delete the Roaming Data in AppData/Roaming/HO

Describe the solution you'd like When uninstalling HO give the option that you want ALL data to be removed, also the roaming data. Use a checkbox option.

Additional context Include also a warning message with the checkbox that when building a new version you should not check this box, becuase previous data will not be included.
