hiiiii, i have the same error
linux / HO 5.2 beta (but in 4 too)
HO-2022-05-05.log
I have HO twice (in different folders), one for each team I have, the HO of my principal team does not have any error, this error only occurs only in HO of my second team (no matter what version of HO I use)

What is the path to your second HO instance on your local machine?
I can reproduce this, it seems to be caused by non-latin characters in the path to HO. A workaround is to make sure that the path only contains ASCII characters.

fixed by #1644 using darklaf 3.0.2
the fix uses a workaroung (tagged with TODO) to get rid of the mentioned warnings. this workaround should be removed when a newer version of darklaf will fix this.
