Russian translation
The translation is not flawless, but it looks good. I cleaned up obvious translation errors.
On my machine the russian font is not found. Is there a ttf file that is commonly used and free, such as 'simsun.ttf' in the case of Chinese?
@Toliak Roboto does not seem to work with Apache fop. Are there other alternatives?
@technokratos @Toliak I have created a new branch "Russian" where i have merged this pull request. We can finalize the Russian translation using this new branch.
I had some trouble with the Cyrillic character set. Therefore I have attached here the PDF file which is generated on my machine. It would be good if someone could take a look at this file. It looks to me like the character size does not match the English characters.

I used Liberation Serif, and checked it by ubuntu, it's work not better Doc_Russian.pdf .
