Default constructor not found

**App Base:** Xamarin.Forms **SegmentControl version:** 2.0.1 **Calling** SegmentControlRenderer.init() in MainActivity **Result:** Runtime exception: Default constructor not found for type SegmentedControl.FormsPlugin.Android.SegmentedControlRenderer

Updated Android setup.

I was able to run this in my Android project by removing the init() call.
