Just by enabling redirection for a device and without configuring speed limit, its speed deteriorates

Describe the bug When 'redirect' is enabled for a device, its bandwidth is throttled despite speed limit being inactive.

Expected behavior The speed should not be affected unless a speed limit is forced upon the selected device.
