Incorrect index.html generation

If you have enough posts that the navigation becomes visible, an entry is mistakenly generated in the list of blogposts that does not belong there. In your blog, this is the entry "Under Page 2".

This is intentional behavior, unless I am misunderstanding what you are describing.

This fixes a design flaw in blog posts where a "page 2" index of posts changes as new posts push at the top of the blog. The way I designed this is that page N contents are always the same, and so it makes sense to link it in its heading.
