@ciscoheat it seems that although 2.28.0 has fixed locale errors, it still doesn't take [customError](https://zod.dev/error-customization?id=global-error-customization) into account
In fact, the test added in the commit that fixes this actually passes without the change and locales/customError work as expected for me.
