Popup not showing in Snagit 12!

I just installed this plugin (great plugin btw!) and am also having this issue. I am running Snagit 12 and Windows 10

Same here, Version 12, Win 7 64, popup hasn't been working for a while, tried re-install both Snagit and Imgur plugin. Anyway to reset / fix this ?
