In IDAM we make our upcoming changes on our deployment in the Preview Environment. This causes some issues with the logic in the pipeline that assumes PRs run against AAT.

The suggested change should maintain the existing functionality but allow for the override of the nonProdEnv and still allow for keeping the pods running.
