Watch App Rejected because of using the radial chart interface

Because we like the interface of the radial chart and of course this tool for creating the images, we decided to use it in a production app (the triple arc variant). But.. after app submission and reviewing from Apple our App is Rejected because of:

8.3 - Apps that appear confusingly similar to an existing Apple product, interface, or advertising theme will be rejected

8.3 Details

Your app contains features that mimic the Activity app interface or behavior.

So be awared if you want to use this style in a WatchKit App.

I guess they don't want other apps to use the triple arc. @Melmer did you guys use different colors and arc widths for the arcs? Does your triple arc look too similar to the Activity app?

We used the rings to shows some statistics. Like counting objects in a range of your current location. It has 6 screens. The second screen of the app has the triple arc and the third till fifth screens has a single circle (don't know if we also need to remove the single arc screens).

We used most of the default settings of the configurator.

Try making the arcs thinner. This looks very similar to the activity app's arcs so I can see their concern.
