Sorry for the silence. AFAIK this is an issue with the distance measurement only, should be solved with #15874.

Thanks @krushia! It was introduced in 2b9e9d6ca50e54486953706c4cd3c6cc08b8a22e, more specifically line 310 seems to trigger the crash.
This seems to be an issue in DAG View which i'm not familiar with, maybe there's someone who knows that area better?
I don't see an issue, as long as we pass by value the object is just copied.
