[BUG] Can't change and refresh sketch after reopening saved file

Description

After creating a model with multiple sketches and constraints, everythning works until I close the blender. Whenever I close it and reopen saved file, it's completly broken and I can no longer modify anything. It happens with almost evey file, as long as I have at least 2 sketches connected with some constraints. Problem exists on both, Linux (flatpak) and Windows.
