pull requests like https://github.com/hlandau/acmetool/pull/327 seem to wait forever on "continuous-integration/travis-ci Expected — Waiting for status to be reported"

The fix seems to be few simple clicks: https://github.com/travis-ci/travis-ci/issues/10204
