I confirm same problem. Task (mouse drag) move works on 1.2.12, but after upgrade to 1.2.13 it does not work.

Since no progress here for a years. Application Insights is moving to Open Telemetry protocol and NuGets. So in current situation, this is solution could be OpenTelemetry. NET in Blazor...
