Not able to connect on x-t5

Trying to connect to an x-t5 (latest fw) but no luck, apparently it is not able to connect. There is a weird thing about that, the xt-5 does not allow the AP mode, but starts only a temporary AP when called by the bluetooth application when in "standard mode" (that i tried to replicate in java starting from https://github.com/gkoh/furble but with no luck... because the notification on the "configuration" gatt does not arrive, but this is another thing) I tried to intercept the protocol used to communicate via tether app (through wireshark) but i have not found anything really interesting. I even tried to connect with tether but the ports are closed (and a port scan gives no luck at all) Some suggestion (or i am doing something really wrong in your opinion?)
