Add /start all

I don't have any ability to help out with this, but I'd love to see an option to do /start .... all where I don't have to type out all user names. Everyone in the channel I typed the command in would be included in the game. Is that possible?

Hey, thanks for the request. I'm afraid with the current implementation (webhooks) I don't think it's possible to get the list of players in the channel to implement something like this easily.

I had wanted to rewrite it to work more as a slackbot rather than use webhooks at some point, and this would allow it, but I'm afraid I haven't done any work on this project lately and it would be a big task :(.

If someone else does the work and makes a pull request I'm happy to work with them to get it reviewed and merged - I even had an idea of it working a bit like a join lobby - https://github.com/hjwylde/werewolf/issues/252
