Enhancement: Update Default Save/makecatalogs Behavior

#108 brought about the option to not make catalogs if pkginfo was not changed. I'm wondering if one of the following could take place:

1. The option is removed and the behavior is simply changed (I can't think of a use case where you would want to make catalogs if nothing was changed)
2. The default option is changed.

The annoyance comes anytime I find myself having to use MunkiAdmin for the first time on a new computer or profile, and I forget to modify that setting.
