"Import Manifests from CSV" menu item does not work from Packages view

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch MunkiAdmin and select Munki repo.
  2. Remain in Packages view.
  3. Choose Import Manifests from CSV from the File menu.
  4. Observe that no "Choose File" dialog box appears.

If you switch to Manifests or Catalogs view before choosing Import Manifests from CSV from the File menu, the expected "Choose File" dialog does appear.

I'm running MunkiAdmin version 1.5.2.

This is still happening for me on MunkiAdmin 1.6.1.
