Add colorization support for Hjson encoding

Thanks for the PR, but I'm wary of adding too many features to hjson-go so don't think I will merge this.

This PR also contains changes not related to colorization. I think it's generally best to keep code changes to a minimum in order to avoid rebase conflicts for people who might have forked the repo.
