Add "Sort by status" option to allow/deny lists.

I'd like to suggest a "Sort by status" option to go with the current "Sort A-Z", and "Sort by TLD" options. This way someone can quickly find a temporarily enabled entry instead of scrolling through dozens of disabled entries.

@chirag127 the toggle status, enabled/disabled. Where all the enabled entries are listed first, then disabled ones. This would be least priority order after the other sorts have been applied if enabled.
