Like @micahmo said, this is feature that if implemented, would only be available to mods/admins because of restrictions! For devs, this endpoint is already implemented in our dart API: https://github.com/thunder-app/lemmy_api_client/blob/master/lib/src/v3/api/post/post.dart#L346
