Error Connection errored out.

Reproduction
After running webui.py, I enter the web page, but all modules are reporting errors. After I randomly adjusted a language, the modules on the page returned to normal. However, when I clicked "Start" or other modules, such as "Preview Command", etc., an error was still reported and could not be started. The pop-up window displayed "Error Connection errored out. ". I checked that it was not a problem of insufficient GPU, and I tried. My Alibaba Cloud server is in Singapore. I don’t know if it is a problem here. In short, the entire page reports an error and fine-tuning cannot be started.
Expected behavior
I hope I can start fine-tuning smoothly without reporting connection errors.

When I click start, the terminal prompts: /bin/sh: 1: llamafactory-cli: not found
