My SSD is working on PCIe 3.0,but this software shows it is working on PCIe 2.0 SSD:SAMSUNG MZVLB512HBJQ-000L2 (Also known as pm981a,the OEM edition of SAMSUNG 970 EVO Plus) Reading:3.5GB/S Random Reading:50MB/S I don't think this could be PCIe 2.0......

Check your motherboard and CPU, maybe it does not support PCIe 3.0.
