start集成springboot 项目。kill掉spingboot程序后，netty服务启动失败，需要重启两次springboot才能启动netty服务，这是什么原因

😂 没遇到过，有日志可查么？

查日志就是告诉我们netty这个端口的服务启动失败，但是我用lsof -i netty 端口的时候，这个端口也没有进程，我需要restart 两次springboot 服务，netty的这个服务才能重新启动。很是纠结
