How could I change the font family and size ? looks too hard to change..... Any documentation on this ?

@Aveline67, I don't believe there is official documentation on editing styles. Usually you can achieve this by just creating a custom class with CSS or SCSS and applying to the editor. Check out the styling in the Stackblitz below, I've put two examples in there.
