Why is the path hardcoded /mqtt ?

I am relatively new to MQTT, but as far as I know, there is no need to have the feed path starting with /mqtt. I found the code here: https://github.com/hivemq/hivemq-mqtt-web-client/blob/master/js/mqttws31.js#L912

That causes on my side:

Is there a reason why this is hardcoded, otherwise I will create a pull request.
