Connected listener should have access to the CONNACK

🚀 Feature Request

The connected listener callback currently doesn't provide access to the CONNACK and instead this is only accessible in the initial connect CompletableFuture; CONNACK should be accessible within the connected listener callback.

🔈 Motivation

Useful to view session present flag on reconnect to perform any business logic and/or logging.
