I've tried it and I like it very much. For sure we need some fixing in other modules (eg `file_chooser.path` is now combo/virtual so filesearcher doesn't work in metadata view...

Some ideas so far. (1) We need new `FileChooser.realpath` (`path` stripped of the virtual ending part), maintained in `FileChooser:changeToPath()`, to be used in other modules (filesearcher, collections, filemanager file operations)....
