Google Proximity Beacon API error response

I have created a client id with my SHA1 token along with the package name "com.hitherejoe.watchtower". I am still getting an error response from the proximity api saying "Google Proximity Beacon API has not been used in project 608941808256 before or it is disabled".

Could you please let me know what am I doing wrong here? Thanks.

You have the problem with release or debug variant? Which keystore's SHA-1 did you use?

when ever i try to new attachment and fill Data like = "Have Nice Day". After that i clicked on right symbol for saving attachment. I got an error on dialog box like : Error:400 Invalid value at 'attachment.data'(TYPE_BYTES), Base64 decoding failed for "Have Nice Day" in this given github example.

Any One can suggest me for helping this problem.
