Include Presenters and Adapters in library

I was looking at using your library, although looking through the code I saw that I'd have to implement the same adapters and presenter classes that you already created. I could definitely copy the code into my project, although I think it may help to add those to the library itself. Any sort of modularity could be added by passing parameters or changing styles.

Great idea, i'm quite busy on other projects at the moment but i'll add this as soon as I get a chance - makes complete sense! 👍
