This could be improved alot. There is not type definitions for everything but for most of the parser. This is a good start though. I welcome and encourage any opinions on this.

Since I have not developed this library myself there is a lot of parameters that are uncertain to me. Such as the typings of option object and dynamic function arguments. Please help me out there.

Love this PR. I needed to add a few additional type defs for the TCP Server functionality but fingers crossed working so far.
