Remote-sensing-image-captioning or natural image captioning?

Is this models for Remote-sensing-image-captioning?? because coco images are used and coco images are not RSIC image.

more over , in docs folder , all examples are of natural images.

request you to please clarify.

also cd external/coco-caption ./get_stanford_models.sh file is not included in the git repository.
