Request: Send/Receive MIDI Clock

This is an awesome program, however in order to play nice with other hardware synths it would be great if it could be synchronised via MIDI clock, either by receiving a clock or by sending the clock as master.

Thanks. Yes it should have some form of MIDI clock sync. I tried some time ago but could't get it to work reliably. I will give it another try.

@careck I actually just came here to write the same thing!

I haven't had an extensive play with mpg but have a load of ideas thanks to this wonderful app. I'm already having a great time, but MIDI clock sync would make everything so much easier.

I don't know if this project is still in active development, but I'd also love to see a MIDI sync implemented, receiving clock preferebly.

Are there any news regarding the implementation of the MIDI clock? BTW: Is the project still actively managed by the original developer?

Hi B.MuXBeats, Sorry, no news. I am the original developer but I haven't been working on this project for quite a while. No plans as well to continue with it. Just not enough time. And also I noticed that there is more soft- and hardware now that can generate Euclidean and other complex patterns. Thanks for taking an interest. Cheers, Wouter
