Missing authentication

First of all: Amazing project! Looks super promising and I noticed that I am a little bit late to the party. ;) I've also realised that the last commit was already some time ago and I was wondering if this is still any active work going on? I'm especially interested about authentication part on the roadmap. (: Thank you in advance about any hint about this and have an amazing day! :)
