Add HP ProBook 640 G1 Config

Based on (HP ZBook Studio G3.xml) with few adjustments:

  • Changed EcPollInterval to 500
  • Adjusted MinSpeedValue and MaxSpeedValue
  • Removed second fan
  • Adjusted TemperatureThreshold

Uses RegisterWriteConfiguration and FanSpeedPercentageOverride to completely stop the fan when fan speed is set to 0%
