Acer Nitro AN715-51 with windows10 is ok ,thanks a lot !!!!

"Acer Aspire Nitro5 AN517.xml" Works perfect on my Acer Nitro 5 (Nitro AN517-51 V1.31) with an Intel i7-9750H and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Mobile :+1:

@pauloeduardods what is the reason that you have also added the Nitro5{, 2.0, 3.0}.xml files? I would think it is easier to review if the pull request only contains the most fitting config (Acer Aspire Nitro5 AN517.xml)
