Add config for HP ProBook 450 G2

Hi, I try config HP ProBook 450 G1 on my G2. It works, bus fan values needed adjustment. I change fan min and max values for perfect match and also I change temperature thresholds.

Just figure out that the HP 650 G1 settings works fine with this model.
