Wrong ordering of txs in block api result

Describe the bug The txs in the block data of https://api.hiro.so/extended/v1/block/by_height/528385 do not correspond to the tx_index of

• https://api.hiro.so/extended/v1/tx/0xd882519181f0f400068422eadedf9c9ff4068196e984c2a0275f91758e29ffaf
• https://api.hiro.so/extended/v1/tx/0x1023fce43ffd00facea3e8e01a4afc7cb56b3e2d9c1358e27a8aafc9216d953a

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the block by height, and the tx result
2. Compare the tx_index values with the txs in block.txs
3. See that the ordering is different.

Expected behavior block.txs should show the txs in the ordering of the tx_index values
