Add API's to create inscription, collection, text, BRC20, allowlist, air drop / bulk transfer

For Owl Link (https://owl.link), we have an interest in the API having minting and airdrop capabilities on Ordinals, similar to what we've seen with Deezy and OridnalBot. Both of them don't have support for BRC 20 today. Currently, we couldn't find a way to achieve this. Since Hiro is already offering API's for getting information on Ordinals, I see having write operations on Ordinals will help developers to build interesting solutions. This could be a paid, gated access for devs. We hope you consider our request and help us make the most out Hiro's API for Oridnals.

What level of support would you need as far as inscribing? Would a first pass, basic-level endpoint that supported inscribing-only be helpful?

I too would love such feature. Overall feature would be to add raw inscriptions. A very simple endpoint would suffice.
