Explorer sandbox in Firefox can't stay on testnet network

Describe the bug When switching to testnet on Firefox browser in the explorer sandbox it does not persist. It blinks "testnet" and then reverts to showing the mainnet page. For example it is not possible to use the faucet although the url in the address bar does show https://explorer.stacks.co/sandbox/deploy?chain=testnet

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://explorer.stacks.co/sandbox/deploy?chain=mainnet
  2. Click on Network in the navigation bar top left
  3. Click on Testnet
  4. See error, briefly showing "testnet" label on the site in the top.

Expected behavior I expect the site to switch to testnet and stay there. On chrome I do not see this issue.
