Tagging addresses or transactions for better public visibility

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I try to trace a particular transaction, my job will be a lot easier if it was already tagged with details on the related addresses or tx Ids (for example - tag an address that's an NFT whale, or a contract linked to malicious activity)

Describe the solution you'd like Tagging or labelling transactions/addresses, similar to Etherscan.

Describe alternatives you've considered Posting to discord or twitter to broadcast interesting on-chain activity - but this is soon lost in a sea of information and practically unretrievable even a few hours into the future.

Additional context This may not be a game changer right now, but tagging's significance will increase exponentially as the Stacks ecosystems grows and the activity accelerates.
