Pending transaction shown even though they are mined/failed

Describe the bug When the pending transactions are clicked they direct to transactions that are mined and failed. And they are also shown down in the list. with the same transaction hash. (...41dd for example in case of nonce 13) image

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to address above
  2. Click on transaction with nonce 13
  3. And see a failed transaction instead of pending: https://explorer.stacks.co/txid/0x31a2d4e937520230a28d21d2cc6f37ba8fd216883506442311c55b698f9741dd?chain=mainnet

Expected behavior When I click a pending transaction on the explorer I expect to see a pending transaction even after that and not a mined/confirmed/failed one.
