The transfer of 1548.45 STX to Stacks Wallet shows a message for Last executed tx nonce as "This account hasn't executed a tx yet"

This is correct, the transaction you posted was send by another address (the genesis address in this case). Nonce are address specific so when the first transaction is send from this address it will be nonce 0 and then go upwards from there for every transaction send/signed by this address.
