[Sandbox] Ability to customize the list of contracts

Would it be possible to customize the list of contracts presented on this screen, by passing a list of contract id as a GET parameter or something? If this list is empty, show the 4 boot contracts. Screen Shot 2021-07-10 at 11 51 39 AM

That would be super useful for Devnet, spawning a local Explorer: we could use this option for showing the local contracts that the developer is working on.
