[Token ID] Create template for priority tokens

It would be useful to support special UI treatment for tokens beyond sBTC (e.g., USDCx). For these tokens, we could display additional metadata and provide direct links to relevant bridges or external resources. The current sBTC design could be generalized into a reusable template to support these token-specific experiences.
