[SPIKE] Elevate sBTC in the Explorer

SBTC and all other SIP10 tokens are represented pretty poorly within the explorer. They are hard to tell what occurred and the quantities are confusing. This was reported by a user trading meme tokens, but this applies to SBTC as well. Ideally we solve this for all tokens, but the minimum scope is making SBTC feel at the same level that Stacks does on the explorer and handled the same way.
