"chain=testnet" is not persistant

We seem to be losing the "chain=testnet" in several places. For example, on https://explorer.hiro.so/blocks?chain=testnet, if I click on a Stacks block, it goes to mainnet

Confirming I ran into this too on the /blocks?chain=testnet page - only shows mainnet info.
