Fix smart contract tx id and address confusion

I'm always frustrated when [...] Context: https://stackslabs.slack.com/archives/C09EQ23D33M/p1761252999274279 TLDR: There is an ani-pattern in the explorer where information about a smart contract is found on the tx id path, instead of the address path, and links have historically always navigated users to the tx id path so that the explorer doesn't really encourage or support showing a smart contract's address page. The address page is the most natural place to show the smart contract's information like source, functions, txs, etc. We should migrate these tabs from the tx id path to the address path. The tx id page should only show information related to the tx that deployed the smart contract. Finally, we need to revisit all the links in the explorer that link to smart contracts. They should point to the address path instead of the txid path. Only a txid should point to the smart contract tx id page.
