Auto-complete suggestions need Clarity 3 update

Describe the bug On the sandbox "Write & Deploy" page, we have some auto-completion support, but it does not include the Clarity 3 builtins.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://explorer.hiro.so/sandbox/deploy?chain=testnet
2. Start typing in the Clarity code editor

Expected behavior We should suggest all valid Clarity 3 keywords.

In the screenshot below, we can see that it includes get-block-info?, which is disabled in Clarity 3, but not get-stacks-block-info? and get-tenure-info?.
