Add option to search by nonce on an address page and an option to check a transaction by nonce with something like https://explorer.hiro.so/address/SP34EBMKMRR6SXX65GRKJ1FHEXV7AGHJ2D8ASQ5M3/nonce/58931

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When troubleshooting issues or confirming issues like this https://discord.com/channels/621759717756370964/625538774230892545/1242387626154131527 it is practically impossible to find the transaction with the nonce that got confirmed 4000 nonces ago. You have to click this button ~200 times and wait for it to load between clicks to reveal the transaction with the nonce you'd like to inspect.
